This hotel was a luxurious stay, featuring exclusive amenities that left me feeling pampered and relaxed. the comfortable and modern room was equipped with private facilities, such as a pristine bathroom with exquisite toiletries and a deep bath. the cosy leisure room provided a quiet escape with its comfortable seating, and the television was an added bonus.
The service encountered during check-in was not as smooth as the rest of the stay. the lack of staff present made it difficult to communicate any concerns or needs, and made for a slightly hectic start to my visit.

I had the best stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as depicted in the pictures, and the bathroom was modern and everything was super clean. I loved having access to a communal area and kitchen where I could relax and unwind. The location of the hotel was superb, just a stone's throw away from Goldhawk Road station. Getting in and out of the center of this city was easy, thanks to the proximity of the station.
